Which vehicles can I custom order?
Any current-model Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or FIAT that the manufacturer is building and accepting orders for. That includes electrified and 4xe models, Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, and Ram commercial trucks. Availability of a specific trim or option can change during a model year, so our team will confirm what is orderable when we build your request.
How do I start the process?
Submit the custom vehicle request form on this page or call our Custom Vehicle Concierge team at (732) 557-7894. Once we have your information, we will invite you in (or work through it remotely if you prefer) to select every option and feature, then send the order to the manufacturer.
How long does it take to get my vehicle?
Build and shipping time varies by brand, model and plant, and it moves with production schedules. Our team will give you a realistic estimate for your specific configuration before you place the order and will update you as the manufacturer releases status.
Is there an extra charge for ordering?
No. There is no ordering fee or custom-build surcharge at Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT. Final pricing is negotiated and agreed to by both parties at the time of the order.
Do I have to put money down?
A deposit is typically requested to place a factory order and hold it in your name. Our team will explain the exact amount and terms before anything is submitted.
Can I lease or finance a custom-ordered vehicle?
Yes. Ordered vehicles can be purchased, financed or leased. We review all options and costs with you at the time of the order and can help arrange financing.
Can I add Mopar accessories to my order?
Yes. Factory-installed options and dealer-installed Mopar accessories can both be built into your order so the vehicle arrives set up the way you want it.
Will I get updates while it is being built?
Yes. We pass along production and shipping status as the manufacturer provides it, along with an estimated arrival date once the build is complete.
What if incentives change before my vehicle arrives?
Manufacturer incentive programs are set by the month and can change during a build. Our team will walk you through how current programs apply to your order and what is typically available at delivery.
