Great news! Lester Glenn Sales Locations are now open!
For the safety of our team and our customers, and in coordination with federal and state protocols, we have created new procedures that we respectfully ask our guests to follow when planning a visit to our showroom.

Showroom Safety Guidelines
- All customers and Lester Glenn Team Members are required to wear a mask when visiting our showroom
- To schedule an appointment to meet with a sales representative, please call our customer care team at (732) 557-7893
- Test drives are permitted for customers. Lester Glenn Team Members are not permitted to accompany customers on a test drive, in accordance with social distancing protocols
- Any vehicles that are test driven by a customer will be properly sanitized after the test drive is completed, before being placed back into our vehicle inventory
- Though common in the automotive industry, handshakes will not be permitted at this time
- Any shared writing instruments used will be disposed of or properly sanitized after each use

Lester Glenn Service and Repair Centers are open with modified hours and procedures in place!
As of Monday, May 4th, all Lester Glenn Service Locations will open at 7 AM and close at 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. All Lester Glenn Service Locations will be closed on both Saturday and Sunday.
Service Procedures
To reduce in-person interaction and abide by social distancing protocols for the safety of our team and our customers, we have created some new procedures to follow in order to have maintenance or repairs completed on your vehicle.
A limited fleet of loaner vehicles will be
available for qualified service appointments only. Our team has implemented new
cleaning procedures to ensure the sanitization of each loaner vehicle.
Additional cleaning procedures are outlined below.
Our recommended option is still to drop off your vehicle for the day and wait off-site. However, for customers who are not able to arrange alternate transportation or would to prefer to wait on-site, we have opened up our schedule to allow a limited number of appointments per day to accommodate you. We have limited these appointments to ensure social distancing protocols are being met in our customer waiting lounge. Our Lester Glenn Service Department is also
offering a touch-free service option. More details can be found on this pageHow To Bring Your Vehicle In For Service- Please schedule a service appointment with a service scheduling team member by calling (732) 557-7895 or by scheduling online by clicking here. No walk-in customers are being accepted at this time.
- If you are scheduled to wait on-site with your vehicle, please pull into our service drive through a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time and await instructions from a Lester Glenn Team Member. If you are dropping off your vehicle, please drop off your vehicle the night before your appointment and follow the remainder of this list below.
- When you drop your vehicle off, please park your vehicle in a spot near our service center. Remove your keys from your vehicle, lock your vehicle and find the Night Drop box, which is located near the entrance.
- Once you located the Night Drop Box, please complete the Night Drop envelope (found inside the Night Drop Box), sign the envelope and seal your keys inside the envelope. Then place the sealed envelope containing your keys inside the Night Drop Deposit. You only need to place one set of keys inside the envelope/deposit. Please remove any personal items/keys (house keys, keys for work, etc) prior to placing keys inside the envelope/deposit.
- The following day, a service representative will reach out to you to review your vehicle’s service and discuss the process for paying for your vehicle’s service as well as picking up your vehicle.
